Our Management
Prashant Mudgal
A Human Resource Personnel with over 10 years of work experience working with varied sectors and at varied roles within HR currently provides a perfect mix of leadership, management and providing adequate training support for staff development.
He takes care of creating the training and induction manual for the staff and also ensures that any team representing the services of HOMECA is well equipped to deliver those services.
Ruchi Mudgal
An entrepreneur at heart, she founded a Management Consultancy called Enabler in 2006 and later co-founded HOMECA in 2009 with Late Mr. Prashant Mudgal. HOMECA is a way of carrying forward the vision of leadership, quality in services, and quality staff of Mr. Mudgal and she has been at the top of her game ever since in business. She has always believed in putting the clients’ needs as a priority. HOMECA is not just a venture for her but a committed and dedicated dream that she saw with her co-founder and late husband.
She is involved with the customer servicing team on a day-to-day basis by constantly seeking and working on feedback received from the clients to keep the quality standards of the services high constantly. Also, she takes care of the induction of new staff and providing training to them to again ensure the quality of services delivered.
